If you live with in the UK we are shipping items at the lowest price we can and by the total weight of the items listed, this should show up at the time of checkout, but feel free to email us before hand to work this cost out for you... additional delivery costs may be an option to you if you prefer to have your items shipped by carrier, this request will need to be emailed to us prior to your order and the collect in store option should be ticked for your shipping option. we will then invoice you separately for the cost of Carrier charges agreed prior to the order

For Overseas deliveries we offer low rate standard postage that will be by Royal Mail services.
Our deliery will be by Royal mail services and is also usually delivered as recorded delivery to UK customers with 5 - 7

Notification in writing will be required with regard to returning items. (email is the quickest option), Please email us with the nature of your concern offering photographs where possible or required. Returns can only be accepted if adequate notice has been given and the item is returned complete with its original packaging. If you wish to return goods for a credit against the items purchase value(not postage costs)we request if you could send us an email within 7 days of the delivery date, we may also ask you to cover return postage. Each item supplied is very fragile, please make sure that you take care when handling such items. If dropped or mis-handled they may break.
If this should happen we will not be able to accept returns due to damage.
