Hand Painted panel with an Egyptian theme, the hieroglyphics read "Given Life Forever"  Peacocks were classed as royalty in Egyptian times and the feather was to represent how peacocks were believed to help in the travels of the soul to the after life. I have been asked on several occasions to commission the peacock feather in the middle of this panel.

Finished Panel made by one of our students who worked on this over several weeks under our tuition, she used a number of methods from fusing glass, glass painting, sand blasting and even made lace work pieces to create a 3D effect for the rocks and seaweed at the bottom.

This student had never done stained glass before!
